We are glad to announce a new strategic alliance between our Company STUDIO TECNICO APPIANI S.R.L. and CANAVERE INDUSTRY for the manufacturing of the latest innovative paddy parboiling plants (without soaking prior to cooking).

This patented process developed and registered by Canavere Industry allows customers to produce parboiled rice, starting from paddy rice, which has the particularity to be cooked in 8/10 minutes.

This process gathers numerous advantages:

  • Starting from paddy rice
  • No soaking process
