Horizontal Continuous Technology (HCT)
This technology is based on an updated version of hydrothermal processing, derived from a mix of old technologies previously called the “Jadavpur and Avorio Process”, but now re-named Horizontal Continuous Technology (HCT). It is suitable for processing different foods, and capable of processing different products, such as brown (or paddy) rice, bulgur wheat, barley, lentils, etc.
The plants, set up in modular style, can process 50 to 75 tons a day.
The installation is very flexible and the processing plant is easy to manage and control at each step of the process.
